Personalized AI agents that empower users to manage financial transitions and family stress. Users decide how much authority their AI agent has in decision-making, allowing their agent to communicate with other agents and handle tedious tasks. This product includes interfaces for mobile and projectors, showcasing how technology could be used as an ecosystem with Alpha Agent.
About
Alpha Agent is a speculative AI agent or double that empowers users, specifically Fidelity Investments users or financial advisors, to handle financial tasks. The focus of Alpha Agent in this scenario is assisting the persona to help him manage financial stress due to a wealth transition in his family. While Alpha Agent could be used to manage wealth transitions as seen in the scenario video, it could also be used to contact advisors and family members and guide wealth-related decisions. Key features include the AI agent’s ability to communicate with other AI agents and Fidelity representatives, denoting AI agent control, and viewing AI agent decision-making reasoning.
Alpha Agent was completed by a group of NCSU students and was sponsored by Fidelity Investments. My roles throughout this semester-long project were co-manager and designer. I helped to keep our team on track for success by divvying up, setting up out-of-class meetings, and assuring all members were on the same page. As a designer, I contributed work in all stages: brainstorming, ideation, sketching, low-fi’s, high-fi’s, and final deliverables. Regarding the scenario video, I completed the script and voice over, with the help of some male AI audios!
